SUDDEN HOW! LIFE BECOMES GET A NEW PHASE

Hi Guys, I am Bhavna Agarwal student of Arena Animation Park Street, Digital Advertising And Digital Marketing(DADM)(2nd semester).This is my first blog through which I want to share my views with you all, about my transition from first phase to birth giving phase(from 1st semester to 2nd semester).

As I was so far from Arena family, I didn’t know how’s the four walls of Arena will treat me if I get enroll myself in this institute.

So, when I got enroll myself in December, 2018, from this time my life has become changed. Guys, I have done B.Tech in computer science from Luckhnow University in 2014. After that I had done my post-graduation i.e., M.B.A in computers and HR in 2016. Actually I have a very distinct story. When I completed my B.Tech, I wanted to get placed in some professional life. I had given many on campus and off campus interviews, some has given me correct evidence and some negate me. But in the end of my B.Tech, I got selected in an interview for a private organization, in Delhi. Then suddenly what happens, my family has been shifted to Kolkata due to business norms. That time I didn’t know anybody in Kolkata as it’s a new place for me. I have never been there before this time.

Suddenly by God’s grace, I got a chance to I enrolled myself in Arena Animation Park Street. Now, I have started to enjoy my course as I was so enthusiastic to know graphics and marketing. In spite of all the academic work, I had learned some extra-curricular activities and to became a part of Arena family. All the time software tools and their working struck to my mind to make me what to do next. When I get free time, practice chases me.

Though I am a house wife, I have to do all home chores. Not all but I do cooking, have to give my sometime to each and everybody, some socializing, my personnel work and all other things which every girl follow after their weddings. In spite of all, it’s my pleasure I am enjoying every needle of this course. I listen my mentors, I involve almost in every activity of APS.

Now my first semester has been completed and I am walking towards my second semester, our seniors have welcomed us with a nice balloon decor in THOR Lab. They were guiding us, what would we have to face in 2nd semester. Seniors told us that you people have to be concentrate on your work because Somnath Sir is very passionate towards his work.

I think, what I did in past it’s not sufficient and I have to build myself strong, reliable and tolerant. Earlier I had learnt tools and techniques but right now, I have to implement them with my great efforts. Now my life has become changed again. Earlier, I was down to earth personality but I have become idealistic.

I thought, I have to substitute myself to become strengthen, patient and passionate one to survive in this adventurous world. My thought process has changed entirely after entering in this dreamy world. Earlier I was introvert but now I am an extrovert. What a wonderful well of knowledge and experience tapping inside me is making me fantastic. And I think there is no greater skill in life than patience.

At the end I’d like to say Life is very short. You never know when it will get change. So, guys do everything in your life whatever you want. Whatever runs in present, opportunities comes in future.

THE NUMBER OF INSPIRING PEOPLE YOU MEET ALL TIME AND THE RANGE OF ACTIVITIES AND ENTHUSIASM TURNS YOUR LIFE AROUND SO MUCH

Trekking, Masti Aur Abhiyaan, Ek Kahaani Yeh Bhi

Burhan Mullamithawala

Hi everybody! I am Burhan Mullamithawala from 2nd semester, GWDD, Arena Animation, Park Street.

This is my third blog and I would like to share my recent experience of my trekking excursion to Hampta Pass, Manali. This trip was only possible as I had completed my GWDD Project, Bootstrap Project and my Creative Minds Project in time and surprisingly my Sir Somnath Chakrabarty gave me a week for refreshment which I utilized on this trip.

I always admire adventure and like always I wanted to do something different. So I planned a trekking trip to Hampta Pass with my friends a month ago. We contacted Adventure Nation after referring to several travel guides and we found that they had reasonable prices with good traveling experiences.

We started our trip from Howrah Railway Station on 6th June, 2019 by Kalka Mail and reached Chandigarh on 8th June, 2019. From there we proceeded in a car and reached Manali the very same day. As expected, Manali is a dream come true. The weather and atmosphere is something out of a movie. I have been there twice before but every time I go, it always feels fresh.

We enjoyed the next day in Manali, roaming the Manali Mall Road eating 6-in-1 softies and other street food. There was a huge crowd as it was peak season. We went to Himtrek Base Camp in Old Manali from where our trek began. We stayed there for the night in hugely built tents as they had organized an orientation for trekkers to give us guidelines on what to do during our trek. We got to meet new people with whom we would be trekking and they were all excited and enthusiastic for the upcoming adventure which lifted our spirits as well. We started our trek the very next day at 9 a.m. in the morning. We traveled to Jobra in a jeep, some 19 km from Manali. Jobra was at an elevation of 3000 meters. From Jobra we walked around 3 hours to Chika base camp. On the way, we witnessed the scenic beauty of the Western Himalayas, comprising of maple, pine and oak trees. The streams were crystal clear and the water was drinkable. We reached Chika and enjoyed the evening with snacks and snapping the picturesque mountains surrounding it. We stayed the night in tents. The temperatures were pretty cool and the four of us snuggled and slept.

We started our trek next day to Balu ka Ghera which was a 4 hours trek which was at an elevation of 3600 meters. The initial stretch took us through the rocky and icy banks of the river. We actually walked on 3 meters of thin ice which was pretty dangerous as the river was flowing right below it. Soon we started walking through the snowy valleys. As this year it had snowed heavily, we witnessed a lot of snow on our way. As we reached Balu ka Ghera, it started raining heavily and we reached the base camp and crawled inside the tents to keep ourselves dry and warm. The temperatures had dropped drastically due to the rains and it rained almost all day. The temperature had dropped almost to -4°C and we could barely feel our hands and legs. We had to wear warmers and jackets to stay warm and we only came out of our tents for lunch and dinner. As the temperatures were freezing, the four of us decided not to go further for the trek as we didn’t have proper trekking gear and some of us also fell sick. That same night we witnessed a very bad storm that sent chills right in our spines. We decided that we will descend for Manali the very next day as it was not appropriate for us to stay any longer. We discussed with our guide and he obliged and took us down to Jobra base camp.

But we got wet on our way down as it rained all the time and all our clothes were wet. The Himtrek Base Camp sent a car for us for Manali and we checked into a hotel and stayed a day in Manali. While on our way from Manali bus stand, we met the other people in our group and they told us that we took a good decision of leaving Balu ka Ghera early as the weather has worsened the very next night and they had to bear the brunt of the storm.

All in all, the trip was amazing with some life altering experiences. We witnessed all kinds of weather; sunny, rainy, hailstorms and super windy but we were fortunate that we returned home safe and sound. Yes, I regret not reaching the summit of Hampta Pass but this doesn’t stop me from going on more adventurous trips. With proper gear I will one day reach the summit of Hampta Pass and push myself to achieve such limits.

As I am back in my daily schedule, I have resumed on creating my portfolio for my career with all my energy and dedication.

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. Hoping to share more of my experiences.
